make sure of和make sure 都有“确信”的意思，但它们的用法不同。
1、make sure of +名词/ 代词/ 动名词。如：
1、).--I heard that Jim would come back next month.我听说吉姆下个月回来。 -- Really ?Do you make sure of it. 真的？你确信吗？2).Make sure of his coming before you set off.出发之前要确定他是否来。
2、make sure +to do sth / that 从句。如：
1、). Make sure to come on time tomorrow. 明天务必按时到。
2). I make sure (that) he will come.我确信他会来。
