filled with和full of的区别在于结构、侧重点和适用语境不同。
1、be full of是主动结构，而be filled with是被动结构。
2、Full of更强调状态，尤其是“满满的”状态；而filled with更强调动态的过程。
3、Full of表示“充满”，而filled with表示“用……把……装满”。当表示某种事物的程度为“非常”的时候，只能用be full of。例如：这个房间人很多，很挤，可以说This room is full of people.而这个气球是用空气吹的，可以说This balloon is filled with air.
